The accommodation was spacious, expansive (with plenty of outdoor space), extremely well-equipped / furnished and very well maintained. We particularly enjoyed relaxing with our fellow guests (friends) in the lovely conservatory with views out over Torbay.

The property was delightful with a marvellous view overlooking the harbour of Brixham. The property was very comfortable and when we arrived it was spotless. The welcome bottle of Prosecco was a nice touch too. We were very very happy and really enjoyed our stay.

The views from the property are fantastic and a short walk to the small Brixham Beach Stayed with a young baby with a pram and had to carry up the steps to the property but the description makes you aware of this. Only really tricky thing is not being able to turn the car around in the neighbours driveway and therefore having to do a tight 3 point Read moreturn to get the car out - the alternative is reversing up the VERY steep driveway up to the property Hide

We had a great week's holiday at this property and loved its location close to Breakwater Beach, Brixham lido and the beautiful Berry Head nature reserve. The sea views are stunning from all levels and we particularly loved the top sun deck in the evenings and the conservatory for our morning coffee! The house is spacious and decorated/furnished toRead more a high standard. Our only criticism would be in some of the equipment provided not being quite right for a house that sleeps up to 8 people. Small details like a bigger toaster (there is just a 2-slice toaster at the property) and a larger dishwasher (there is a small, slimline machine fit for a couple or small family only) need rethinking. We also had an issue with the previous week's rubbish not having been collected - a discovery we made when we went to leave our own rubbish out for collection. This really should be checked on changeover day by the cleaning/maintenance company, as well as checking that there are plenty of the red, seagull-proof sacks on site (we had none). These are small details though and overall we loved our stay here and hope to return soon! Hide
