Polruan is gorgeous a wonderful place for a holiday, especially if you like walking as we do. The coastal path is lovely. We ate several times in the Lugger, a great pub with superb food and a warm welcome. The views from the house are stunning and we were very lucky with good weather. Parking is a real bonus. We had several issues during our stay Read moreand the agents were very quick and efficient at sorting these out for. Furnishings are dated so don't expect luxury. Hide

Great views from the house. Many stairs so you need to be very fit. Garden not secure for dogs. Many escape routes through hedge in the back garden. Key safe needs moving urgently. It is hidden behind the tank in the front garden and we arrived in the pouring rain and got very wet squeezing past the shrubbery. Such a shame.

Staying there with our two working cocker spaniels was perfect. A short walk from the property is the coastal path with literally miles of space to explore. Zenith is very comfy... it's not newly decorated but its beautifully clean and has everything you need and the most heavenly balcony off the sitting room. Also the welcome pack of tea biscuits Read moreand fudge was a lovely surprise. Don't change a thing and we will be ba k Hide

The views from the cottage are tremendous especially at night when the moon is on the water. The trip to Polruan harbour etc involves going up and down a steep hill which is manageable provided you take your time.

A wonderful unusual house in a beautiful area. The beds were comfy and clean. I was so impressed with the house for the price. The views were wonderful and it was the nicest holiday I've been on. Nice catching the car ferry to Fowey from Bodinnick.

The accommodation was on the whole clean and comfortable; it was a good place to simply unwind and relax. The best feature is the balcony, which looks out to sea - we were lucky with the weather and were often content to just sit out there with a glass of wine and read books.
